Broccoli with garlic & sesame

Just like in a Chinese dumpling bar, people complete their dumpling meal by ordering tasty sides. Luckily, some of them are easy to make yourself! Here's our most popular: steamed broccoli with garlic & sesame

What you need:

  • 400 grams of organic broccoli

  • 2 cloves of garlic

  • 2 tbsp of sesame oil

  • Salt flakes

How to cook broccoli with garlic oil?

  1. Cut the broccoli in smaller serving pieces

  2. Steam the broccoli in your steaming basket for about 3 minutes to keep them crispy .

  3. Mince the garlic and fry the garlic in the sesame oil in a frying pan.

  4. Add the steamed broocoli to the pan. Turn off the heat and toss around everyting. Sprinkle salt as a finishing touch!

Eat together with dumplings, or another tasty dish!
