Broccoli with garlic & sesame
Just like in a Chinese dumpling bar, people complete their dumpling meal by ordering tasty sides. Luckily, some of them are easy to make yourself! Here's our most popular: steamed broccoli with garlic & sesame
What you need:
400 grams of organic broccoli
2 cloves of garlic
2 tbsp of sesame oil
Salt flakes
How to cook broccoli with garlic oil?
Cut the broccoli in smaller serving pieces
Steam the broccoli in your steaming basket for about 3 minutes to keep them crispy .
Mince the garlic and fry the garlic in the sesame oil in a frying pan.
Add the steamed broocoli to the pan. Turn off the heat and toss around everyting. Sprinkle salt as a finishing touch!
Eat together with dumplings, or another tasty dish!
