Stir fry cabbage & carrots

An easy vegetable side dish that is quick to prepare and ready in 15 minutes. The perfect match with your dumpling meal!

What you need:

  • 400 grams of cabbage

  • 1 carrot

  • 2 cloves of garlic

  • 1 tbsp of neutral oil

  • 2 tbsp of Japanese soy

  • 1 tbsp of sesame oil

  • 1/2 tsp suger

  • Optional: Furikake and crispy chili oil

How to cook stir fry cabbage & carrots?

  1. Shred the cabbage and carrot. Cut the garlic into thin slices.

  2. Heat up a pan with neautral oil. Start fry ing the cabbage until it gets a nice color. Add the carrot and the garlic.

  3. Add the Japanese soy, sesame oil och suger. Stir around and serve. Sprinkle furikake or roasted sesame seeds as a finishing touch and add some chili crisp if you prefer!

Eat together with dumplings, or another tasty dish!
