Stir fry cabbage & carrots
An easy vegetable side dish that is quick to prepare and ready in 15 minutes. The perfect match with your dumpling meal!
What you need:
400 grams of cabbage
1 carrot
2 cloves of garlic
1 tbsp of neutral oil
2 tbsp of Japanese soy
1 tbsp of sesame oil
1/2 tsp suger
Optional: Furikake and crispy chili oil
How to cook stir fry cabbage & carrots?
Shred the cabbage and carrot. Cut the garlic into thin slices.
Heat up a pan with neautral oil. Start fry ing the cabbage until it gets a nice color. Add the carrot and the garlic.
Add the Japanese soy, sesame oil och suger. Stir around and serve. Sprinkle furikake or roasted sesame seeds as a finishing touch and add some chili crisp if you prefer!
Eat together with dumplings, or another tasty dish!
